Unlike other brands that claim to be “pasture-raised”, each Vital Farms egg comes from a Certified Humane pasture-raised hen, the gold-standard for egg-laying hens. The Certified Humane shield verifies that each hen gets: 108 square feet of room to roam, a diet consisting of open, natural foraging and, for Organic products, USDA Certified Organic feed, no antibiotics ever, and a 100% pesticide and chemical free environment.
